About the Role

As the Batching Plant Manager, you will be at the helm of operations, ensuring efficient management of inputs, resources, and production. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality, cost, and timeliness of outputs, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of Batching Plant operations, including material and asset management, staff supervision, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure concrete batch mix designs, raw material ratios, and compressive strength meet customer specifications.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and coordinate all necessary requirements for the plant's operation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Batching Plant operations or a similar role, with a strong background in material and asset management, staff oversight, and safety compliance.
  • Expertise in quality control to maintain standards in concrete production.
  • Ability to navigate Batching Plant regulations and ensure compliant operations.
  • Valid Queensland Drivers’ License (HR preferred), and experience with Forklift and Loader operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
  • Completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
